Simmer was commissioned by Chanel to cater their latest interactive installation, ‘The Chanel Premier Fun Fair’. The event saw us serve over 2500 people over 5 days!
The event, an honor in itself, also gave us the opportunity to flex our creative muscles and craft a menu that reflected the magic and whimsy of the experience.
Dining Under The Stars.
Simmer was commissioned by Volkswagen Dubai to create a refreshing three-day culinary experience, spanning the city and culminating in the serene and beautiful backdrop of Hatta.
The event allowed us to showcase a mix of our cuisines, all set under a starlit night sky, resulting in a magical experience for everyone involved.
